We agonized over two years about how to put his house on the market. Everything was outdated. It was a large piece of property and there was a ton of clutter. We had one call with Jay and he was clear. He was decisive and put an excellent plan together that absolutely amazed me. He and his wife Francesca got it all done in less than 45 days — with getting full asking price and only one open house event. They work beautifully as a husband and wife team and these are exactly who you want when the time comes to make some real estate decisions! I wish them many more years of successful realtors!!
